Description The sword bayonet m/1867 for Remington rifle m/1867 was modified with a new crossguard of steel. This was only used by the navy, and 400 of the navy m/1894 carbine was modified with a new locking mechanism for this bayonet. The modification was ordered in 1907, but was not delivered until 1913. It is also called m/67-94-14 but that is a collectors designation and NOT correct. Very good condition, small spot of pitting at the point.
