Comments: I inherited a German WWII TeNo EM Hewer/Dagger with scabbard after my dad died several years ago. He flew for Luftwaffe and was part of Jagdgeschwader 7/77 flying his last combat mission out of Stavanger, Norway in Dec. 1944. Since this Hewer has absolutely nothing to do with his military career in the airforce, I'm interested in selling it. The Hewer is in excellent condition with no cracks in the white celluloid handles. There is some peeling of the nickel plating of the knife's handles. Serial # is 4521. The metal scabbard does have some wear on its sides but no dings or dents. Please contact me if interested and I can furnish you with photos. Knife is located in the USA.
Comments: I have had this bayonet since the 70's and always assumed it was of Canadian or English origin. Turns out it is a Swedish model 1914. How it ended up in Canada, I guess will never be known. Very interesting site! Thanks.
